Before You Install
Choose the installation file for your system and follow the installation prompts on your device.
Windows PC
Check your device information in "Settings → System → About" and choose the Windows download option. Once downloaded, open the installation file and follow the wizard.
macOS Computer
Check your device information in "About This Mac" from the Apple menu and choose the macOS download option. Open the downloaded file and follow the instructions in the installation window.

Where can I find the downloaded installation file?
Open your browser's download list, or check the "Downloads" folder on your computer. Verify the file name before opening the installation file.
What if my device version is not listed on the page?
Versions not currently offered are not yet available for download. Please check back later. Use the client that matches your device's operating system.
How do I get started after installation?
Open the client and follow the initial in-app prompts to complete setup. Get familiar with the conversation list, app entry points, and language assistance features.
